Side salad sized portion, with a "Thai spicy" level of heat that you should be careful with if fiery chilli is an issue. I prefer gizzards that are larger so there's a bit more of a chew needed. I think they're cut up too small, maybe for aesthetic reasons, but the texture was a bit lost for me.
