SOOT’S TAKE: This was the best dish and we made that clear when chef (probably not Chef Fei) emerged from the kitchen and asked which was the best dish among what we ordered. It is no wonder they’ve been Changsha’s #1 must-eat dish every year since 2021. So damn good! 😋
