VEGETARIAN RAMEN

This was a good vegetarian ramen. The broth was light and creamy, which was made with miso and soy milk.
The ramem was topped with nice crunchy vegetables and a portbelo mashroom which added a meaty texture to the dish. The noodles were firm.
