Halo-Halo (mix mix) is a Filipino dessert which is a mix of shaved/crushed ice, evaporated milk and a bunchbor other stuff like sweet beans, coconut, ube (taro), tapioca, jackfruit, rice krispies and other sweet stuff. Most if the time they top it off with ice cream. This particular version, theybtook the ingredients, wrapped it like an egg roll and deep fried it and topped it iff with ice cream. Genius!
