IT’S CHRISTMAS DAIM

This was my first day trying to eat less sugar/carbs. It didn’t end well. Anyway... Pros: lovely toffee flavoured custard, delicious chunk of daim bar on top, nice glaze Cons: it was cold? I don’t like cold pastries. And that blob of buttercream on top adds nothing and makes it too sweet, would have been much better without IMO.
