FRIED CHICKEN
Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro, Winston-Salem
Buttermilk marinated boneless chicken breast, Mac n cheese, haricot verts, peach chutney. We usually like chickens with bones so we almost didn't order it. We almost missed out. This was light & moist on the inside, crisp & crunchy on the outside. The peach chutney added sweet to the salty savory. This tasted better than it looked.
