This Peruvian corn pie with oxtail is a taste I have never experienced. But it is utterly delicious. Almost sweet and savoury at the same time. I can see soft corn, chopped boiled eggs, and the oxtail pieces. I can taste a little coconut I'm sure and a hint of aniseed. What a wonderful dish.
