Certainly impressive to look at. This ‘航母’ aircraft carrier of a Hotpot is so large it’s served over two stoves. Decent amount of seafood but the prob is that all types of seafood cook at different times and they force an initial closed lid boil. That leaves some of the seafood over cooked. The soup base (in house special spicy flavour) is good and the Angus beef we ordered on the side was actually really good. Worth checking out with a group of friends but maybe ask if the seafood cooking time can be managed better.
