I wanted to love this, it certainly looks amazing and the fried chicken was delicious, but the overall impression was a little underwhelming. The poached eggs were a little watery and I don’t think I’d go with the roasted butternut base again (the standard option is chilli cheese waffle, which I’ve had previously and I think works better - I was attempting a slightly healthier version)
