Yi, Glifada
White cabbage, juicy pear, celery, yellow bell pepper, orange, roasted hazelnuts and vegan mayo. The pear was a stroke of genius — I will be definitely adding it to cabbage-based salads when I want fruit in them. It was pretty good as-is, but we requested and added extra salt & vinegar, which we thought were necessary big improvements (but then we do like our acids). Rating is for the salad sans additions, it went up to Really Good avec. €8
