Unbelievably good burger. The flavour of the meat and super-smoky bacon really comes through in this no-gimmick burger. The balance of ingredients is perfect and there’s no stupid frazzles or sugary sauces to take away from their truly wonderful meat. They apparently use beef from Swaledale in Yorkshire who supply meat to top London restaurants, and you can taste the difference! The venue is a cool new food hall with a huge selection of beers on tap as well. Go here now!
