I didn't get a good picture of my Jerk chicken, do I am using a picture of my husband's jerk chicken wings. The meats are obviously cooked for a very long time. The benefit is tender meat and quick service, the down side is that the bones fall apart (so be careful) and chicken can be tender and dry since all the fat cooks out. These were a little dry.
