Sorry for the messy presentation/photos. It was very salady! I chose it with added feta. Anyway the yolks were perfect and it was really tasty. I would say it was more like sweet potato cakes than rösti which I would usually to be flatter or like a hash brown. Delicious regardless of the name. #vegetarian #eggs #breakfast #deliveroo
