Incredible. The heat was strong but just below overpowering. The spices were complex and earthy to complement the natural flavor of the lamb. The lamb itself was so so so tender and juicy. I’ve had lamb curries where the inside of each lamb chunk was a bit dry, but this…. This was heaven. Each piece gently fell apart to reveal that the succulent and delicious outside could be found all the way through.
