I think Kouign Amann should have its own category because I struggle to compare this with other pastries 🤔 I’m glad the chef/owner has been convinced to make some. They’re so good! Crispy on the outside and chewy yumminess in the middle. $3.20 each and it was small at about 5-6cm in diameter.
