Michelin Bib Gourmand 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021. We ordered the Blissful Set which came with braised chicken, braised duck, braised spare ribs, two fat Chinese mushrooms and the obligatory green things. As if that wasn’t enough, we also added on a pair of chicken feet for fun, all piled on top of some smooth, slurpilicious flat rice noodles. Each bowl of noodles contain more than 1500mg of collagen (for that glowing complexion 😉) and their braised sauce is cooked with more than 30 types of herbs (with health benefits, please refer to their website for more info 😅) and has gone through 30 years of uninterrupted cooking.
