Pizza at Fermento 1889 - Easily the best pizza we’ve had so far in Italy so far, Fermento 1889 offers a true taste of Neapolitan pizza. Even though it was only 7.30 when we arrived, there was only one table left in this tiny unassuming restaurant. The first pizza we tried was the ‘Pala Fermento’ a style of pizza unique to the restaurant.
