My main complaint about this burger is that it’s too tangy and salty, from the copious amounts of mustard and the pickle. The pastrami added another flavour which was nice to the beefy burger, with the sauerkraut bringing in some freshness. I didn’t really get much flavour from the cheese, maybe bring down the mustard and have a more mature cheese. Overall not a massive fan, but not the worse thing I have ever eaten.
