Hard to find words for this - it is SO simple. I would normally not even consider this type of roll to be worthy of stomach real estate! And yet somehow, perfection has been reached. I have not tasted more perfectly prepared rice in ANY restaurant in London. Avocado was perfectly ripe, tofu was excellent, spicy dipping sauce was sublime. You must try it yourself. I didn't expect much - and was knocked off my feet.
