Rich pork bone broth (tonkotsu) with pork chashu (marinated braised pork belly), black garlic oil, bean sprouts, green onions, fried onions, corn and a soft-boiled egg. I added ear wood mushrooms, but it wasn't necessary. The pork was scrumptious and the broth was beautiful. I ordered this to be delivered ( you know I love me some delivered soup) and their delivery game is on point! Excellent packaging and expertly prepared. Super happy with this!
