Lovely bit of grilled lamb variety. The kidney was a bit funky but the sauce helped keep it tasty. The sausage could have been a bit crisper, but it had lovely flavour inside. The steak was delicious and was a rare time I ate all of the fat and cleaned the bone. Deliciously rendered and seasoned.
