SPANAKOPITA (SPINACH PIE)

Sometimes, something so simple can be done so perfectly... This pie is made in Serres, in Greece, frozen for freshness, and baked here in London each morning. It is the best spinach pie I have had, and I have eaten hundreds of spanakopitas, not to mention lived in Greece for five years! Please try it, but go early since they run out quickly.
