Special order of bento for plant based. May not seem special appearance wise but I was totally blown away as I proceeding savouring this delicipus box of gem. Soba noodle, for example, usually served with dipping sauce which contains fish stock. This noodle did not come with any condiments of sort(oh ok, gottit, no squce, just plain noodle, right?) Surprise, surprise! it has actually seasoned with dashi-stock(either kombu or mushroom)! No fish✌🏽 Very flavorful, no MSG or anything artificial at all. Then this "croquette"! Soooo onolicious!! Hats off to the chef's cteativities! I would, definitely order this again should there be any hance of dine out there🤙🏽
