Sturgeon with cashew sauce. It was a little frustrating to eat this. First, the piece of fish was minuscule. Try cutting that with the crispy stuffs (can’t remember the name or flavour) on top to eat with the sauce. And the nutty cashew sauce, though nice, seem to overpower the fish and all other ingredients. The fish, by the way, was a little overcooked. #Michelin #michelin1star
