I wasn’t too keen on the fact that this didn’t come with tomato sauce (which is obviously the point of a pizza bianca), but the base felt a bit bland without the extra help of the sauce. I would have liked some more cherry tomatoes on it to make up for the lack of sauce. The crust was the perfect consistency, not too tough or crispy but not too soft and the salmon was lovely and fresh.
