Thin crust pizza base topped with homemade sauce, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, green and red peppers, onions and mushrooms (we chose to swap the mushrooms for sweetcorn). A really tasty pizza and a good size to share between two people with a side. The homemade sauce was delicious and the mozzarella was beautifully stringy.
