Square base pizza topped with tomato sauce, stracciatella di bufala, fresh tomatoes and basil. Really nice balance of flavours, there wasn’t too much tomato sauce which I liked as it can sometimes overpower the rest of the flavours. The stracciatella di bufala cheese was lovely and soft, it practically melted in my mouth!
