Sliced and served on plantain chips pomegranate-avocado salsa and blood orange vinaigrette. A bit bland surprisingly. Could have benefitted from a splash of sesame chile oil.

With honey soy dipping sauce.

Sesame encrusted rare tuna, romaine lettuce, tomato, avocado & ginger mayo on brioche bun. Served with tater tots. My friend Stacy loved it. It was perfectly cooked. The tuna was a nice size, but doesn't look large next to that giant slice of fresh avocado! LOL!

Same exact components of the sashimi app, but stuffed in soft tortilla shells and only half the amount of tuna. Next time we'll order 2 of the sashimi!

CRUDO – 11 big eye tuna, spring vegetable mix, dehydrated corn, olives, herbed red wine vinaigrette

Ahi tuna, field greens, arugula, mint, green & kalamata olives, pickled red onion, roasted red pepper, golden raisins, capers, Parmesan & Lemon oregano vinaigrette. I added the fresh fried calamari. Outstanding!
