This was a great example of how to F up a good thick steak. It was seared beyond recognition. I could not taste any of the rub...just burned, blackened crap...I can't believe I paid 33 dollars for this poorly executed plate of destruction. The mashed potatoes were totally dry also...I was thinking one of my x wives had invaded the kitchen.
