Pretty good! Went with the ‘strong’ broth option, indeed with a good lobster flavour. However, too salty… and with flavour enhancers! The noodles were cooked to the requested ‘normal’ texture. Accompanied with Japanese-style char siu, menma, cloud ear fungus, and condiments. #ramen #noodle #japanese #soup #lobster
