Lobster and scallop panciotti with cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs. This was a perfect amount of food for lunch time, not too filling but didn’t leave you still feeling hungry. It was also so delicious and the lobster and scallop filling was perfectly complimented by the tomato sauce.
