PASTEL DE TRES LECHES CON CAJETA

Three-milk cake with sweetened milk, milk curd, Mexican caramel and a dash of rum. We were so full from our mains but ordered this upon the waiter’s recommendation. Very good, moist cake with a smooth milky aftertaste. Only criticism was that it was a tad too sweet.
