The chipotle mayo really carried and saved this burger. The burger was really dry (but not overcooked), and needed the boost of moisture and flavor. The bacon was okay, but not overly flavorful... Somehow?? A good burger, but missing some seasonings and flavors throughout despite the Cajun seasonings and pepper jack cheese.
