After binge-watching High On The Hog, I enjoy this now with the appreciation that I wouldn’t be doing so if not for a previously uncredited, celebrity, enslaved chef who happened to also be Sally Hemmings’ elder brother. His name was James Hemmings. Oh, and happy National Mac & Cheese Day.
