The texture of this octopus was one of the best I’ve ever had... sooooo soft. Almost like a... firm-ish tofu? Or a soft peach? Not rubbery or chewy AT ALL! Just gloriously almost melt-in-your-mouth loveliness. A joyous, fleeting moment in the mouth before it’s gone, just like that. 😂😂😂 thankfully, there were 8 pieces. The seasoning was great, but I have had better seasoned octopus, which is why this is not at the top. Texture-wise, best. Flavourwise, suuuuper high but not the best.
