Japanese omelette on rice (omuraisa!) with curry. It’s a simple dish, but done well. That omelette was still slightly runny on the inside and yes, it did that nice splitting thing when you cut it in the middle. Soft and buttery and went well with the curry and rice. This dish was like a hug for my tummy!
