A kind of pancake(?) of chickpea flour, fresh herbs and seasonings and very popular in Argentina, although this was the first and only time I ever had it. It’s theorized that Genovese immigrants brought faina to Buenos Aires in the early 20th century and popularized it in Argentina over time.
