Chargrilled unagi (eel) atop rice with condiments. The eels were imported from Japan, while the tare uses a sauce that has been a family secret for 4 generations and brought to Singapore from Japan. Nice bouncy Koshihijari rice from Japan’s Niigata. Very enjoyable meal.
