Omggg we’ve landed in Vietnam and the food is insane, if it’s this good the rest of our stay I’m in heaven 👼🏻 our first stop in Hoi An was Minh Hein vegetarian restaurant and we got one of the set meals of fried spring rolls, special Hoi An noodles, wonton soup, steamed aubergine and garlic rice and it was gorgeous. We’ve already got a cooking lesson booked but i think we might book another one here!
