Silky smooth steamed eggs with pieces of century egg inside. Steamed eggs is one of those dishes which seemingly look easy to prepare but to perfect it does require some skill to get that soft, luscious, slippery mouthfeel, very similar to chawan mushi. This one managed to tick all the right boxes and we would love to order this again in future. Just pure comfort food.
